Consideration for safety begins from the tendering stage, by thorough planning, engaging the Owners, Contractors, Managers, Supervisors, Foreman and Employees and by meeting or exceeding local occupational health and safety standards, a safe environment can be realized. Management supports coordination of safety among all workers on all jobs. Management is committed to cooperating with employees at every level. Employees at every level, including managers, are responsible and accountable for the companyʹs overall safety initiatives in every job.
